Distribution details introduction

Welcome to join our distribution plan! Through our distribution system, you can easily earn commissions and achieve long-term cooperation and benefit sharing. The following is a detailed introduction to the distribution rules:

Distribution model of the three-tier distribution system

The distribution model of the three-tier distribution system literally refers to a distribution model that increases sales volume with a three-tier distribution system as a unit. What is the specific distribution model of the three-tier distribution system and what are its advantages?

Model definition of the three-tier distribution system
The three-tier distribution model is one of the distribution models: manufacturers radiate products to retail outlets through three-tier distributors (agents/distributors). It embodies the characteristics of specialized division of labor among manufacturers. In order to obtain commission profits, the three-tier distribution must be three consecutive agency levels. This model can increase dealers' income and cut off the concept of pyramid selling.

Distribution model of the three-tier distribution system

As shown in the figure above, for example, there are distributors A, B, C, D, E, and F. Distributor A develops the next level B, B develops the next level C, C develops the next level D, D develops the next level E, and E develops the next level F. Then merchant A is the Tier1 distributor; merchant B is the Tier2 distributor; merchant C is the Tier3 distributor. At this time, the third-Tier distribution begins to change, merchant B becomes the Tier1 distributor, merchant C becomes the Tier2 distributor, and merchant D becomes the Tier3 distributor. The Tier3 distribution begins to change, merchant C becomes the Tier1 distributor, merchant D becomes the Tier2 distributor, and merchant E becomes the Tier3 distributor, and so on. Therefore, merchant A can obtain the distribution commission of merchants B and C, but cannot obtain the distribution commission of merchants D, E, and F; B can obtain the distribution commission of merchants C and D, but cannot obtain the distribution commission of E and F. By analogy, only merchants who form a three-level distribution can obtain commissions.
